We believe joy is transformative and impacts a child’s life tremendously. Our mission is to give underprivileged kids an unforgettable birthday party in a loving and safe environment. We are all about helping those in need of acknowledgement and enhancing their lives by focusing on them for a special day every year. Transforming the way they view dreams, hopes, and goals.

CELEBRATE SPACE
Having a space for Celebrate RVA means we can spread more joy in the community. We want every child to know what it means to feel celebrated. The development of 908 Oliver Hill Way will be the heart of our organization, where children are uplifted as youth and are encouraged to build a lifetime worth of empowerment.
COMMUNITY LISTENING SESSIONS
Celebrate RVA wants to know what the community needs and wants. We've been given an amazing gift and it is our job to steward it properly. We do not want to design programs that won't be used - we want to serve our neighbors in the ways they need it most. So, we want to know what's missing or where we can step in.
Everyone is invited! Community members, children, parents, grandparents, elected officials, teachers, coaches - anyone who sees value in joy and has a desire to engage in a conversation about how we can help.
